Stress Down Day is Lifeline’s annual fundraising campaign held in July. People are encouraged to participate in stress reducing, fun activities. These might include listening to music, reading, exercise, yoga, meditation, or other activities. Mental health is an important component in stress reduction, why not give someone the tools to help?

Lifeline receives more than 400,000 calls every year, and provides numerous other free counseling and support services.
