Who is eligible?
Anyone is eligible to access our Community Support services
Time: 10am -12.30pm, 1.30pm – 3.00pm Tuesday.
Location: MDNC – Dalley St Mullumbimby
Services:
People experiencing difficulty are able to access support from our trained staff using a case coordination model of service delivery. This support may take the form of advocacy, referral, electricity vouchers, Work Development Orders (fines) or identifying issues impacting on day to day living.
Community Support staff work closely with in-house and outreach services to ensure an integrated and cohesive practice delivery.
