The Resilient Homes Program can be complex and overwhelming. Our free Program Support Service is here to help eligible homeowners understand the process, stay on track and feel more confident every step of the way.

How we can help

We can:

• Explain the Resilient Homes Program, letters and paperwork.

• Help you understand what comes next and what is required.

• Assist with forms and gathering documents.

• Liaise with your Managing Consultant, builders, contractors, certifiers and the Reconstruction Authority when needed.

• Help you prepare for appointments and, where appropriate, attend with you.

• Work with you to identify and resolve barriers that may be slowing your project.

• Connect you with other services if you need additional support.

This service may be suitable if you are:

• Accepted into the Resilient Homes Program (we can help you check if you’re unsure).

• Feeling overwhelmed or unsure about the process.

• Having difficulty understanding paperwork or knowing what to do next.

• Looking for practical, independent support to help navigate your project.

What we don’t do

We can’t make decisions about eligibility, grants or funding, provide legal, financial or engineering advice, or manage your building project. Our role is to support you to navigate the Resilient Homes Program.
