This is a reflective program that provides parents with immense opportunities to better understand themselves and the world of their children. Keeping Kids In Mind
(FOR FAMILIES EXPERIENCING SEPARATION)
Parenting after a separation can be challenging for most parents. Extensive research indicates that children do best after separation when parents are able to manage their conflict in a way that is mindful of the impact on their children and respectful of their co-parents role in their child life. This child centred program is designed to support parents experiencing separation to better understand the needs of their children. It provides a range of strategies that can be adopted by parents in order to minimise the impact of conflict on their children.

*A combination of DVD footage and facilitator lead discussion and practical activities. A work book is provided.
