Who is eligible?
Anyone is eligible to access our Community Support services
Time: 10.30am -12.30pm, 1.30pm – 2.30pm Friday
Services:
People experiencing difficulty are able to access support from our trained staff using a case coordination model of service delivery. This support may take the form of material aid, advocacy, referral, electricity vouchers, Telstra vouchers or identifying issues impacting on day to day living.
Community Support staff work closely with in-house and outreach services to ensure an integrated and cohesive practice delivery.
Funding: Consortium of Neighbourhood Centres (CONC) Emergency Relief funded by the Department of Social Services
