Who is eligible?
Anyone is eligible to access our Community Support services
Time: 9.30am -12.30pm, 1.15pm – 2.00pm Monday to Friday
People experiencing difficulty are able to access support from our trained staff using a case coordination model of service delivery. This support may take the form of material aid, advocacy, referral, electricity vouchers, Telstra vouchers or identifying issues impacting on day to day living.
Community Support staff work closely with in-house and outreach services to ensure an integrated and cohesive practice delivery.
